With an extensive background in the engineering of complex marine projects and over 35 years of experience, Troy brings a unique combination of technical knowledge and pragmatic design approach to Triton’s projects.
His strong vision and ability to reason cost-effective design solutions are well regarded by clients ranging from marine contractors and facility managers to port engineers.
Troy specializes in the rehabilitation and repair of marine and waterfront structures.

Joe Perrone, PE
Having managed complex marine and offshore engineering projects for both the private and public sectors for the better part of 50 years, Joe brings an added level of detail and expertise to every project, no matter how large or small.
He has been involved in all forms of marine and waterfront projects and routinely consults on an international basis for projects involving ocean intake and discharge structures.
